I think that hill was once a "watch tower". It has a vantage point and can see who is coming in/going out of the area. An "early warning" site from moro raids.

It has been so long since I have visited Baguio. I guess now is the best time to go there. Some of my friends are disappointed on how Baguio turned out to be now. The pollution, overcrowding and infrastructures there seem to make Baguio less of a paradise now. I just hope that I wont be disappointed when I go back there.

Must you start booking your hotel reservations this early since the festival obviously attracts thousands to Baguio. <br /><br />I&#39;m sure they will have better presentations and costumes this year.
