Imugan River and Footbridge

It was definitely one of the fastest packing I had. It was the night before the trip that Ferdz invited me to a nature trip in Nueva Vizcaya. Although the invitation was so sudden, I could not miss this chance of spending this trip with the masters of travel/photo blogs.

Ferdz, Oggie and Erick met me at Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija then we went on a almost a three-hour ride to the town proper of Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya. There are only two trips available from the town proper to Imugan so we waited for the first trip that departed at noon. The jeepney ride was for about thirty-minutes on an uphill, unpaved but scenic road. We then proceeded to Kalahan Dormitory which will be our home for the next two days.

Barangay Imugan in Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya is first and foremost, a researchers place. Its vast forests and natural environment are its main draw. So in this and my upcoming posts let me share to you the natural wonders of Imugan and its surrounding place starting with the river that is just literally steps-away from Kalahan Dormitory.

Parang calendar yung kuha mo. Tahimik yung tubig sa tingin ko. Pero maingay ba?

Namiss ko na ang hanging birdge. those were the elementary days.

I, too, love hanging bridges, though nowadays I need a bridge that can acomodate my electric wheelchair.

I do, however, love the pictures on your site. Thank you

Ang ganda ng shots! The last time I felt waterfalls was years ago na in (Mambukal Falls) Bacolod. I love walking on a hanging bridge although I'm a bit scared.
