But then again... amazing places are most often not easy to go to and Kabatian Island is definitely no exception. Also referred to as Angel Island, Kabatian Island is located in Sual Pangasinan and is a word-of-mouth among the locals because of its amazing stone and rock formations. On a less windy days, its white shorelines are perfect place for beach-goers but even on windy days, the crevices and the coves formed by the stones and rocks provide a calm place for swimming and enjoying the day in the sun. Here are some shots I have taken of the place:
I would like to share this island to my friends at "My World". To have a virtual travel around the world's best places, please click here.
More of Kabatian Island on my next post.

wow, ganda. paano pumunta riyan?
the sea does look a little treacherous (sp?) i wouldn't attempt going to the water without a lifevest! hehe
Kahit anong angle perfect. I like the mighty stones most! Parang postcard siya na nareceive ko.
the water is crystal clear! So did you follow the people there go catch some fish?
Nice exotic ng dating ng beach. Anlakas ng alon at hangin. Sana summer na uli...
Looks very interesting. I'm sure you got back safe and sound. :-)
going where not many go. your travels amaze me, inspire me. haay, ang dami talagang hindi pa napupuntahan sa bayang magiliw. will a lifetime be enough to see them all?

my type of an island view. ganda pala doon pero yon nga lang kaaway ko din kasi alon. hehehe... salamat sa pagdala sa amin diyan sa pamamagitan ng mga kuha mo.
The waves look rather rough! I like the island! : )
ang ganda naman ng lugar, di maubos ubos ang parang paraisong pasyalan sa pinas ah.
siguro maalon dahil tag ulan siguro mas maiging lumarga kapag tag init? tama ba?
lovely shots, i can feel the breeze and waves here.
When the seas are rough and the waves threatening, the first thing that comes to mind while on a banca is wearing a life vest.
I so love the last shot. It tells me that there are more beautiful pics to come.
Beautiful. I would not trust myself to sort out that net. The waters are gorgeous.
Refreshing! Love the beach. Excellent shots.
Wonderful captures. I always love your oceans.
I miss the waves, the sun and the sand...sigh
